In the 19th minute, Israel Paz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ciénaga's Prospero Cidro didn't even have to move. In the 20th minute, Nicasio Urtungo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, UltraMillonario's Urbano Anaya got a free kick in the 30th minute. Prospero Cidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jiljí Bartoň, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saturnino Matai's late challenge caught a Ciénaga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Matai helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ciénaga booed when UltraMillonario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Matai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Vachon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonides Tabb read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Christian Uzuri made a precise shot to the right of Prospero Cidro. Ciénaga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Maximino Kauldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonides Tabb having to interfere. Leonides Tabb made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Simon Vachon sent off a good shot on target. If Arturo Maureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Simon Vachon in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonides Tabb, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bonifacio Quentin during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bonifacio Quentin hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Prospero Cidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jiljí Bartoň, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd match minute, UltraMillonario was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Egoitz to maneuver through the defense. When Leonardo Egoitz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the UltraMillonario fans jumped to their feet.
