Déjà Vú's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norberto Inautzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Guerrero during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 23rd minute, one of Déjà Vú:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Déjà Vú. Jeronimo Damario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Rosalio in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute Norberto Rosalio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Damario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The wind increased when Norberto Inautzi made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Constantino Urtungo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Mosen in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Inautzi got free with Jeronimo Damario in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With an all-out effort, Chañares FC's Jeronimo Damario threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Clodoveo Ihintza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Déjà Vú's zone, Norberto Rosalio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Damario came out of the goal and Norberto Rosalio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Déjà Vú's Jeronimo Damario got control of the ball when Norberto Inautzi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Norberto Rosalio was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Erasmo Mosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Norberto Rosalio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Damario. Déjà Vú's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Norberto Rosalio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Erasmo Mosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Chañares FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Déjà Vú throughout the match.
