Spectators: 7059 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 140) Cieneguita's Jose Hegoi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alejandro Maxin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Venancio Iturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Jose Hegoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Tipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes, Nestor Cordarrel made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cieneguita's Venancio Iturri tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Cieneguita booed when Caburé FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Luke didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Venancio Iturri managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Caburé FC's Nestor Cordarrel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Cieneguita's zone, Alejandro Maxin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Iturri came out of the goal and Alejandro Maxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Cordarrel took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Iturri. Venancio Iturri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Cordarrel got free with Venancio Iturri in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Caburé FC made a substitution. Wilfredo Cresenciano replaced Juan Luke. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nestor Cordarrel to make the kick off. Alejandro Maxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venancio Iturri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alejandro Maxin ran back to his position shaking his head. After 55 played minutes Cieneguita got a freekick which was hit by Marco Gelacio. Caburé FC's Alejandro Maxin got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Nestor Cordarrel put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Venancio Iturri. Nestor Cordarrel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Venancio Iturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alejandro Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Iturri having to interfere. The Caburé FC fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Caburé FC's Nestor Cordarrel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Cieneguita's zone, Alejandro Maxin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Iturri came out of the goal and Alejandro Maxin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nestor Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Marco Gelacio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Caburé FC's Nestor Cordarrel in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cieneguita's goalie prevented a goal. Clodoveo Tipi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Tello in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Cordarrel in the 97th minute of play forced Cieneguita's goalkeeper Venancio Iturri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Caburé FC fully deserved thier win.
