In the 22nd minute Constantino Estevon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Edward Glozor in the 23rd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Baldomero Ubelteso kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. 26 minutes into the game, Björn Gullesson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Pincha campeon F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Telmo the free kick. Marcos Garaona was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Edward Glozor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Liberto struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Baldomero Ubelteso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pincha campeon F.C. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Neto in the 84th minute of play forced El Pincha campeon F.C's goalkeeper Marcos Garaona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as San Telmo's Paulino Ramos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Garaona. That made the score 2-3 after 86 minutes of play. In the 90thth minute of the game Edward Glozor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Telmo's Baldomero Ubelteso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
