Benjamin Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Ruisko in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Hernan Gaizkine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tiaguas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hernan Gaizkine in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Lucero saved Maldonado AFC from getting behind. Benjamin Lucero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Ruisko in the 45th minute of the match. Alvaro Irrintzi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Maldonado AFC's Benjamin Lucero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Ruisko in the 46th minute of play. Benjamin Lucero made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Teodoro Ruisko sent off a good shot on target. Eustacio Hitzeder ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 69th minute, Eustacio Hitzeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hernan Gaizkine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Benjamin Lucero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maldonado AFC's goalkeeper Benjamin Lucero, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The coaching staff of Tiaguas protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benedicto Beltza had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Tiaguas were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Maldonado AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angelo Maurino took the corner. The corner led Tiaguas's Angelo Maurino to fire away a dangerous shot which Benjamin Lucero despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Alvaro Irrintzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
