The referee showed Rodolfo Tello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Rodolfo Tello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Florencio Urko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Manny in the 13th minute of play. Ciro Balendin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atletico Huracan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! The referee gave SOY CELESTE a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filiberto Romero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atletico Huracan's Edinho Ortiz. 1-0. If Aureliano Ignatius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edinho Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Galsino in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Galsino in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edinho Ortiz saved Club Atletico Huracan from getting behind. Jacinto Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Tello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edinho Ortiz. Club Atletico Huracan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mateo Urbasa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Galsino in the 45th minute of play forced Club Atletico Huracan's goalkeeper Edinho Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacinto Thomass short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Edinho Ortiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aureliano Ignatius to make the kick off. If Enrique Galsino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Enrique Galsino in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edinho Ortiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute of the match, Aureliano Ignatius got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florencio Urko was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mauricio Rocio hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Edinho Ortiz came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by SOY CELESTE's Jacinto Thomas. But to his dismay, Jacinto Thomas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Club Atletico Huracan's Aureliano Ignatius got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the game, Raimundo Manny was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Huracan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOY CELESTE the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Club Atletico Huracan:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SOY CELESTE:s goal. The referee gave SOY CELESTE a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Filiberto Romero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Club Atletico Huracan's Edinho Ortiz. 4-0. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atletico Huracan's goalkeeper Edinho Ortiz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
