Edgardo Eguen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Mazuste in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Alfredo Estevon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Tirate al pasto's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Estevon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Eguen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgardo Eguen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Deportivo Tirate al pasto's Isidoro Bixintxo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Tirate al pasto from getting a goal against them. Edgardo Eguen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Freddy Mazuste's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Freddy Mazuste notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Riquelmista FC's Edgardo Eguen. Edgardo Eguen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anselmo Tavio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Riquelmista FC's Edgardo Eguen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Mazuste in the 31st minute of play. Benigno Gines charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benigno Gines the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eusebio Maurino might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgardo Eguen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusebio Maurino ran back to his position shaking his head. Edgardo Eguen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Mazuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Maurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Berasko in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Eguen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Freddy Mazuste put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Edgardo Eguen. 45 minutes into the match, Angel Berasko notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Riquelmista FC's Edgardo Eguen. Edgardo Eguen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anastasio Oliverios stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Freddy Mazuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 54th minute, Eusebio Maurino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Riquelmista FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Freddy Mazuste 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5. Isidoro Bixintxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Tavio in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clodoveo George in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edgardo Eguen saved Riquelmista FC from getting behind. Deportivo Tirate al pasto's Isidoro Bixintxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Oliverios in the 72nd minute of play. Freddy Mazuste succeeded in the game's 74th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. When Benigno Gines was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 79 minutes had been played. Benigno Gines hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Freddy Mazuste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Eguen having to make a save. Edgardo Eguen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusebio Maurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 94th minute Freddy Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Eguen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Deportivo Tirate al pasto could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Riquelmista FC throughout the match.
