Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Alfonso Patrido started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 9 minutes into the game, Horacio Pueblo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Adrian Teyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Roque Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Jago having to interfere. Honorato Jago was a little too slow when Roque Etxepare got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 20th minute, Enrique Tercero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Horacio Pueblo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, LUANAZ's goalkeeper Honorato Jago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Tercero. In the 35th minute, Horacio Pueblo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LUANAZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The supporters of Polvaredas FC booed when LUANAZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Cristofol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Etxepare made a kick off. In the 51st minute Enrique Tercero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honorato Jago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Polvaredas FC booed when LUANAZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, LUANAZ's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Tercero came free, but Honorato Jago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Polvaredas FC booed when LUANAZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Polvaredas FC's Esteban Telo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Roque Etxepare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Honorato Jago having to interfere. After having played for 71 minutes, Roque Etxepare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polvaredas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roque Etxepare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Enrique Tercero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roque Etxepare recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorato Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Tercero in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in LUANAZ's zone, Roque Etxepare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Jago came out of the goal and Roque Etxepare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honorato Jago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Tercero in the 96th minute of play.
