Spectators: 7115 (Terracing: 5338, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Niva started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Niva in the 3rd minute of play forced HURACAN CBA's goalkeeper Everardo Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman Elixio charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Elixio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roman Elixio hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rangel's Anastasio Cuartio got a free kick in the 10th minute. With a perfect take down Eduardo Eyague was able to capitalize on HURACAN CBA's free kick with a crushing shot that notched up the score 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Rangel's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Uzuri came free, but Jaime Iyan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Niva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Cristobal Lesardo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rangel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Roman Elixio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Rigoberto Rodriguez came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the HURACAN CBA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Rodriguez couldn't finish the play. HURACAN CBA's Roman Elixio got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jeremias Demesio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Teodor acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Orlando Henric. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Niva in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Everardo Teodor saved HURACAN CBA from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Marco Niva put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Everardo Teodor. After a rather tough play, Rangel's Orlando Henric got a free kick in the 37th minute. Orlando Henric made in the 47th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which German Nayely however managed to control. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Rodriguez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Anastasio Cuartio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rangel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HURACAN CBA the free kick. Jeremias Demesio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jaime Iyan. Rangel's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rigoberto Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Rigoberto Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. HURACAN CBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Iyan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Rigoberto Rodriguez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Iyan was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Everardo Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Rangel were awarded a corner. Jaime Iyan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeremias Demesio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th of the match, Jeremias Demesio tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jaime Iyan got in the way and made a wonderful save. Rigoberto Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Iyan having to interfere. Roman Elixio struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Jaime Iyan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HURACAN CBA. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rangel's goalkeeper Jaime Iyan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 90 played minutes HURACAN CBA got a freekick which was hit by Roman Elixio. In the 95th minute, Ramon Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. HURACAN CBA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Rangel to leave the ground with a draw.
