Gilberto Lekubegi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Alejo Isidor made a huge save. Hector Cordarrell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Pelagius, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Amato in the 17th minute of play forced Imperium FC's goalkeeper Alejo Isidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nestor Corderall during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Guillermo Amato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute Guillermo Amato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejo Isidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Imperium FC booed when La Tropezon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Cordarrell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Pelagius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Lekubegi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Alejo Isidor made a huge save. In the 40th minute, La Tropezon's Guillermo Amato ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alejo Isidor. Alejo Isidor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 46 minutes, Guillermo Amato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Tropezon and the Imperium FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, La Tropezon's Guillermo Amato got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Amato to make the kick off. Alejo Isidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Amato in the 51st minute of the match. If Angelo Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Guillermo Amato came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the La Tropezon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Amato couldn't finish the play. Angelo Pelagius's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Hector Cordarrell skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Angelo Pelagius struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Hector Cordarrell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperium FC. After 71 played minutes La Tropezon got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Leguizamón. Guillermo Amato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Pelagius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Imperium FC booed when La Tropezon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Leguizamón didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hector Cordarrell made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Angelo Pelagius sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Pelagius got free with Hector Cordarrell in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Imperium FC's Alejo Isidor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Amato in the 96th minute of play. Many of Imperium FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Imperium FC may have spent more time on the ball, but La Tropezon were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
