In the 4th minute of the match, Filomeno Ladio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Anier Veremundo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Saul Mattin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anier Veremundo. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Anier Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Matro, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. The audience was convinced that Armando Benat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gavino Benitez was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Jacobo Kelemen struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Gavino Benitez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Florida. Anier Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anier Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Abad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Benitez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurinho Vasconcelos in the 39th minute of the match. Marcelo Selmo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Florida's Armando Benat in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mixta FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Mixta FC booed when Florida was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicanor Edur didn't get a good kick on the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Israel Matro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Florida defense, Filomeno Ladio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anier Veremundo. The Florida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anier Veremundo should have stopped the shot. Anier Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Matro in the 55th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Mixta FC's zone, Maurinho Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Benitez came out of the goal and Maurinho Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mixta FC's Gavino Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Benat in the 59th minute of play. Marcelo Selmo hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Anier Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Matro in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Filomeno Ladio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Israel Matro made a precise shot to the right of Anier Veremundo. Florida's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Isidoro Corderun lost his temper 74 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Florida fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Mixta FC a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. Filomeno Ladio scored 6-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anier Veremundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rdth minute of the game Filomeno Ladio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florida's Anier Veremundo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anier Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Laurgain in the 95th minute of play. Anier Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Matro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mixta FC had won after a very even match.
