After 21 played minutes Kissy Club got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Aguilera. 29 minutes into the match, Kissy Club's goalkeeper Mauro Flores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Estebano. Sertaç Sefa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Adolfo Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgardo Efren to strike the kick off in the second half. When Isidro Estebano came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FC Congodia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Estebano couldn't finish the play. Adolfo Aznar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sertaç Sefa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 54 minute of play. After 58 played minutes FC Congodia got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Aureo. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Adrian Dayam put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Congodia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! Elpidio Aguilera shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kissy Club's goalkeeper Mauro Flores, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Nicasio Udalaitz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 67th minute of the match Timofey Mozgov shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Flores showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Kissy Club's Elpidio Aguilera got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 70 played minutes Kissy Club got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Gleba. After 71 played minutes, FC Congodia's Enrique Abella shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Flores came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Congodia reached it. Sertaç Sefa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes FC Congodia got a freekick which was hit by Edgardo Efren. 79 minutes into the match, Kissy Club's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Estebano came free, but Mauro Flores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidro Estebano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Isidro Estebano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Flores was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Mauro Flores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute Isidro Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute Kissy Club were awarded a corner. Elpidio Aguilera went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 96th minute, Isidro Estebano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro Flores was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Kissy Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kissy Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
