After having played for 3 minutes, Nereo Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colastiné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Veremundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Americo Hondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aristides Caitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benedicto Gabon placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Aristides Caitano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Veremundo in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Colastiné's Americo Hondo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aristides Caitano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aristides Caitano came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Colastiné's Americo Hondo. But to his dismay, Americo Hondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Aristides Caitano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Hondo in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nereo Veremundo in the 22nd minute of play forced Swiss Medical's goalkeeper Aristides Caitano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Blas Baumer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Rosendo Quentin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albino Astudillo. Rosendo Quentin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Aristides Caitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Hondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Americo Hondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Caitano having to interfere. Nereo Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nereo Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Americo Hondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Veremundo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Aristides Caitano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colastiné. Nereo Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nereo Veremundo made the kick off in the second half. Americo Hondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Aristides Caitano made a huge save. 54 minutes into the match, Swiss Medical's goalkeeper Aristides Caitano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Americo Hondo. Swiss Medical's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Nereo Veremundo 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Swiss Medical's Aristides Caitano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Swiss Medical from getting a goal against them. In the 68th match minute, Swiss Medical was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Quentin to maneuver through the defense. Colastiné's Nereo Veremundo got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 74 played minutes Swiss Medical got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Maria. Benedicto Gabon shot from long distance in the 75th minute, but Aristides Caitano was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 81st minute Francisco Christobal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Pirro during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Francisco Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th play minute Americo Hondo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aristides Caitano. 2-3. Blas Baumer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colastiné's Americo Hondo got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colastiné's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
