Pollos Hermanos's David Weihermüller managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edgard Nazario in the 21 minute of the game. Saverio Unax hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Shi Cheng Yang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tupungato AFC's Placido Bernat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Santikurtz in the 57th minute of play. Pollos Hermanos's Romeo Dalmai managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edgard Nazario in the 58 minute of the game. Melquiades Santikurtz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Santikurtz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Bernat having to interfere. Romeo Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Bernat having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Melquiades Santikurtz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Pollos Hermanos booed when Tupungato AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Errapel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Melquiades Santikurtz notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Tupungato AFC's Placido Bernat. Placido Bernat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Tupungato AFC's zone, Melquiades Santikurtz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Placido Bernat came out of the goal and Melquiades Santikurtz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horacio Errapel might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shi Cheng Yang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Errapel ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Tupungato AFC's Delmiro Cordarrell got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Santikurtz in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Bernat prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
