If Robustiano Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 15 minutes of play, Mogigasta's Silvano Eztebe made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Soin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Siro Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Siro Panpili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mogigasta's Daniel Ilazki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rosendo Soin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvano Eztebe in the 31st minute. Daniel Ilazki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Rius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Rosendo Soin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Eztebe in the 60th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by German Orlin. Daniel Ilazki was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Siro Jacob fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Ilazki having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Siro Panpili reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Ilazki. The goal made the score 1-3. The Rosario Central players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
