In the 32ndth minute of the game Lucero Albizua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RACING S.G.'s Jonas Berto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andres Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Jonas Berto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Andres Vasco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jonas Berto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in RACING S.G.'s zone, Andres Vasco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Berto came out of the goal and Andres Vasco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Lucero Albizua made a precise shot to the right of Jonas Berto. RACING S.G.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. If Andres Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Filomeno Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The RACING S.G. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. M.A.G. UNITED F.C. were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucero Albizua made a kick off. Andres Vasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Lucero Albizua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonas Berto. RACING S.G.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucero Albizua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Guillermo Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonas Berto made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Andres Vasco sent off a good shot on target. Lucero Albizua's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Jonas Berto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Andres Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Berto having to interfere. RACING S.G.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Guillermo Colon scored to the left of an out of position Jonas Berto, making the score, 0-6. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the game, one of RACING S.G.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for M.A.G. UNITED F.C.. Guillermo Colon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonas Berto. 0-7. Andres Vasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Berto having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Alonso in the 81st minute of play forced RACING S.G.'s goalkeeper Jonas Berto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucero Albizua's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonas Berto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Guillermo Colon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9.
