In the 25th minute of the match, Lucero Albizua tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Enrique Lano saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Moises Galeno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Ixidor having to interfere. Lucero Albizua might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enrique Lano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucero Albizua ran back to his position shaking his head. Victorino Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Guillermo Colon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chulca's Enrique Lano didn't even have to move. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucero Albizua to strike the kick off in the second half. Enrique Lano didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when M.A.G. Chulca's Enrique Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Vasco in the 82nd minute of play. Enrique Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno Alonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes Chulca got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Shepherd. A collision led to Chulca getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Moises Galeno hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Moises Galeno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roberto Ixidor, 1-1.
