Guillehorse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave chispi juniors the free kick. Everardo Filipo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After the first half Guillehorse were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantino Remicio got free with Everardo Filipo in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alonzo Osasun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Alberto Ricart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Osasun took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alberto Ricart. If Baldomiro Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Everardo Filipo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Brun in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Guillehorse booed when chispi juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ceferino Txema didn't get a good kick on the ball.
