Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melquiades Osoitz started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lumbreras FC's Bartolo Menendo got a free kick in the 4th minute. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Melquiades Osoitz put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Justo Gudesteo. Lumbreras FC's Justo Gudesteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Osoitz in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Osoitz in the 38th minute of play forced Lumbreras FC's goalkeeper Justo Gudesteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Henry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Justo Gudesteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justo Gudesteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benicio Argina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Lumbreras FC booed when Club Algerri de Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Tino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Justo Gudesteo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teobaldo Estebe went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Lumbreras FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Algerri de Rosario were winning 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santo Toribio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Estebe in the 56th minute of play forced Lumbreras FC's goalkeeper Justo Gudesteo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lumbreras FC booed when Club Algerri de Rosario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Peruanton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 59 played minutes, Lumbreras FC's Marciano Gitano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcial Cerilo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lumbreras FC reached it. Melquiades Osoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santo Toribio in the 67th minute of play forced Club Algerri de Rosario's goalkeeper Marcial Cerilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Pedro Cefero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Gudesteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Cerilo came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Lumbreras FC's Santiago Chus. But to his dismay, Santiago Chus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Melquiades Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Algerri de Rosario's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Osoitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Justo Gudesteo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Cerilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Toribio in the 79th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Osoitz got free with Justo Gudesteo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Justo Gudesteo made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Aristides Henry sent off a good shot on target. Melquiades Osoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Teobaldo Estebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justo Gudesteo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Henry in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Melquiades Osoitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Gudesteo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Justo Gudesteo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melquiades Osoitz in the 95th minute.
