Horacio Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Gudesteo having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Gaston Rico got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 10th minute, Godofredo Maureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartolo Menendo struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Orlando Olentzaro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lumbreras FC. Muñano AFC's Orlando Olentzaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Toribio in the 15th minute of play. Sixto Eder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Justo Gudesteo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebio Chico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Santo Toribio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Santo Toribio notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Muñano AFC's Orlando Olentzaro. Orlando Olentzaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 36 minutes, Santo Toribio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lumbreras FC's Tobias Unax was substituted for Eusebio Chico. After a rather tough play, Muñano AFC's Sixto Eder got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Lumbreras FC's Bartolo Menendo got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Enrique Naelio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lumbreras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muñano AFC the free kick. In the 81st match minute, Lumbreras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Naelio to maneuver through the defense.
