Benicio Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriana Rito in the 17th minute of play. If Adriana Rito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Fresco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rucanelo's Manuel Silvino got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Benicio Tonio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 44 played minutes Timperley got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Hermelando. Adriana Rito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benicio Tonio having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Monte stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Adriana Rito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Tonio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benicio Tonio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melchor Beltran's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Hipolito Gaizkine charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Gaizkine the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rucanelo booed when Timperley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Gaizkine didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Timperley fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Rucanelo. Alfredo Servando stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Benicio Tonio. 2-0. 65 minutes into the game, one of Timperley:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Alfredo Servando shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 70 minutes into the game, Adriana Rito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benicio Tonio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th minute, Adriana Rito made a precise shot to the right of Benicio Tonio. Timperley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Rucanelo's Adriana Rito got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th match minute, Timperley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriana Rito in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Tonio saved Timperley from getting behind. Benicio Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriana Rito in the 94th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Rucanelo were the better team. Rucanelo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
