After 47 played minutes Unión Ranqueles FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Orlanda. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Adrio was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st match minute, Unión Ranqueles FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgilio Aresti to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Unión Ranqueles FC's zone, Higinio Modestio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Dimo came out of the goal and Higinio Modestio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unión Ranqueles FC's Jonathan Dimo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Unión Ranqueles FC from getting a goal against them. Paulo Petrigai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Macerio in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Modestio in the 71st minute of play forced Unión Ranqueles FC's goalkeeper Jonathan Dimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Adrio got free with Jonathan Dimo in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Clemente Adrio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Dimo was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the game, Clemente Adrio lined in a short shot 1-2 behind a frustrated Jonathan Dimo.
