Club Atlético Siberiano's Clodoveo Ubendu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Cerilo in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute Urbano Iraido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Ubendu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Florencio Cerilo in the 57th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Cerilo in the 67th minute of play forced Club Atlético Siberiano's goalkeeper Clodoveo Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Siberiano's goalkeeper Clodoveo Ubendu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 89 played minutes Club Atlético Siberiano got a freekick which was hit by Luis Jaen. Clodoveo Ubendu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Cerilo went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vanguardia fully deserved thier win.
