Rock and Roll's Anibal Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Liberto in the 13th minute of play. In the 19th minute Apolo Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Calixto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Achuppallas AFC's Rolando Platon got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Rock and Roll's Vânderson Lucas got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Apolo Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes in the game Juan Chap did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Benito Celio. After a rather tough play, Achuppallas AFC's Rolando Platon got a free kick in the 31st minute. Anibal Calixto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Jenaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achuppallas AFC's Isaac Heriberto got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobo Efren during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 49 played minutes Rock and Roll got a freekick which was hit by Jacobo Efren. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Liberto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th match minute, Rock and Roll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Cedro to maneuver through the defense. Bonifacio Liberto took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Calixto. Anibal Calixto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Delmar Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Chap during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rock and Roll booed when Achuppallas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Chap didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Iago sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Iago struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Adrian Galsino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rock and Roll. After 89 minutes, Bartolo Cedro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rock and Roll and the Achuppallas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 89 minutes into the game, one of Rock and Roll:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Achuppallas AFC's Rolando Platon got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anibal Calixto. In the 95th match minute, Achuppallas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Liberto to maneuver through the defense. If Delmar Iago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Achuppallas AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
