Ildefonso Rozarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Salvator having to interfere. Lázaro Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Rozarius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Adrian Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Dolcet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gessler's Lázaro Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Rozarius in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Gessler's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Rozarius came free, but Lázaro Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Itzaina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Basilio Dolcet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Sauce's Ildefonso Rozarius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lázaro Salvator made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 35th match minute, Sauce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ildefonso Rozarius to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Gessler's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Rozarius came free, but Lázaro Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Restu in the 38th minute of the match. If Ildefonso Rozarius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Gessler defense, Ildefonso Rozarius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Salvator. The Gessler fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Salvator should have stopped the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Itzaina made a kick off. Lázaro Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Restu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Marcelo Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sauce's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Restu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Salvator breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Sauce's Leon Guillelmo got a free kick in the 57th minute. With his leg Lázaro Salvator managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Sauce's Ildefonso Rozarius fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcelo Restu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Salvator having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Restu in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Salvator saved Gessler from getting behind. 76 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Rozarius notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Gessler's Lázaro Salvator. Lázaro Salvator was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcelo Restu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lázaro Salvator having to make a save. Gessler's Lázaro Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Restu in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Adrian Itzaina notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Sauce's Basilio Dolcet. Basilio Dolcet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Sauce's Casimiro Valentine got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Carmelo Dubardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Ildefonso Rozarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sauce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Rozarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Gessler fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sauce were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
