Alonzo Benvide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Amato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Grabiel in the 27th minute of play forced Mefisto FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 played minutes Telaritos FC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Grabiel. Americo Chano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. Zeledon Locaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Argoitz in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute Albino Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Locaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Telaritos FC booed when Mefisto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Argoitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Mefisto FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Benvide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Txerran. Arturo Argoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Benvide having to interfere. Americo Chano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Albino Lesardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Locaio. Telaritos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albino Lesardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 87 played minutes Telaritos FC got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Chinto. Mefisto FC's Venancio Sol couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Telaritos FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Amato in the 90th minute of play forced Mefisto FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Telaritos FC's Amancio Amato got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Telaritos FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mefisto FC had won, even though Telaritos FC had held more of the ball.
