Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rosendo Vincente started the match with the kick off. Silverio Formerio struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Nereo Claude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodio AFC. Club Deportivo Mitre's Nereo Claude proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Mitre from getting a goal against them. Nereo Claude was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Silverio Formerio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Silverio Formerio really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Nereo Claude stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silverio Formerio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Mitre's Rosendo Vincente got a free kick in the 16th minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Marcos Blasi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodio AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Blasi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filomeno Theodore who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Nereo Claude when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Silverio Formerio came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Rodio AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silverio Formerio couldn't finish the play. Nereo Claude made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filomeno Theodore in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Silverio Formerio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Mitre's zone, Filomeno Theodore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Claude came out of the goal and Filomeno Theodore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nereo Claude was a little too slow when Silverio Formerio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silverio Formerio to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Rodio AFC booed when Club Deportivo Mitre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Firman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silverio Formerio in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nereo Claude prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodio AFC's 任彬卫 got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Club Deportivo Mitre got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Vincente. The supporters of Club Deportivo Mitre booed when Rodio AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Ospin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severo Seber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Claude having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Severo Seber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silverio Formerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Adan Firman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Rodio AFC's Silverio Formerio in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rodio AFC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Club Deportivo Mitre's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filomeno Theodore took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Filomeno Theodore got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nereo Claude quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Club Deportivo Mitre's Nereo Claude played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silverio Formerio in the 92nd minute of play. Eustacio Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Silverio Formerio put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nereo Claude. Silverio Formerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Nereo Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
