After a rather tough play, ALDOSIVI V.C.'s Joaquin Felipillo got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, ALDOSIVI V.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Hermelando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ladislao Claus. Ladislao Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Hermelando having to interfere. If Ladislao Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ALDOSIVI V.C.'s Jorge Hermelando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save ALDOSIVI V.C. from getting a goal against them. Jorge Hermelando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Claus in the 40th minute. Siro Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Congreso FC's Ladislao Claus got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernan Fortun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jorge Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 47 in the game by Ladislao Claus from a close distance when the talented Jorge Hermelando managed to make a qualified save. ALDOSIVI V.C.'s players were relieved. 47 minutes into the game, Remigio Peli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALDOSIVI V.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Congreso FC the free kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Ladislao Claus made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Hermelando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Quin got free with Ladislao Berbiz in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ladislao Claus took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Hermelando. Jorge Hermelando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jorge Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Claus in the 66th minute of the match. Jorge Hermelando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Claus in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jorge Hermelando saved ALDOSIVI V.C. from getting behind. Fausto Quin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 82 minutes into the match, ALDOSIVI V.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Nedko Tabandzhov came free, but Jorge Hermelando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Fortun in the 87th minute of play. Joaquin Felipillo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ladislao Claus during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd minute, Ladislao Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Ladislao Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
