Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Froilan Isias made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in Merlot Vintage's zone, Silvio Valiente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Ralondo came out of the goal and Silvio Valiente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Ralondo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvio Valiente went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Peruanton got free with Miguel Ralondo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Gaskon kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Merlot Vintage's Bernardo Panfilo tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Miguel Ralondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Valiente in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Aparicio Saez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ernesto Urtun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miguel Ralondo came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Urtun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Peruanton in the 31st minute of play forced Merlot Vintage's goalkeeper Miguel Ralondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Capillas's Marcos Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Piearres in the 32nd minute of play. Silvio Valiente's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miguel Ralondo firmly grabbed it by the left post. 39 minutes into the game, Silvio Valiente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Miguel Ralondo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Celso Gabino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Froilan Isias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miguel Ralondo. The goal made the score 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aparicio Saez was the one to do the kick off. Miguel Ralondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Cuarto in the 54th minute of play. Silvio Valiente took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Ralondo. Miguel Ralondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Merlot Vintage's Aparicio Saez in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Capillas's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Merlot Vintage getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Celso Gabino hit a great ball. Miguel Ralondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Isias, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute, Silvio Valiente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capillas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 71st minute of the match Capillas got a corner. Merlot Vintage's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Pirro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erasmo Pirro made a great header on Capillas's corner, it was just that Merlot Vintage's Miguel Ralondo managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Merlot Vintage getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Higinio Dalmu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Froilan Isias in the 81st minute of play forced Merlot Vintage's goalkeeper Miguel Ralondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Isias scored 7-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miguel Ralondo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Aparicio Saez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Silvio Valiente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Ralondo was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. In the 94th minute, Silvio Valiente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Celso Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Capillas walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
