The audience was convinced that Tomás Iliana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fernando Mirande was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Jerardo in the 22nd minute of play forced HANSACK's goalkeeper Fernando Mirande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Iliana took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fernando Mirande. Fernando Mirande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ruperto Jerardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernando Mirande. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. HANSACK's Ciriaco Rafel got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baldomero Egun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Wilfredo Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Jerardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Mirande read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Fernando Mirande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Iliana, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Elvis BCB's Tomás Iliana got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Elvis BCB's zone, Ciriaco Rafel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomero Egun came out of the goal and Ciriaco Rafel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 54th match minute, Elvis BCB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Jakes to maneuver through the defense. When Ruperto Jerardo came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Elvis BCB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Jerardo couldn't finish the play. In the 61st minute, Tomás Iliana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Elvis BCB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Urbano Bilbo hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The Elvis BCB fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Elvis BCB's Tomás Iliana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 75 minutes of play HANSACK's Celestino Gaufred was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Celestino Gaufred kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Tomás Iliana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Mirande having to make a save. In the 81st minute Tomás Iliana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Mirande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Agnaldo Salgado notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of HANSACK's Fernando Mirande. Fernando Mirande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ciriaco Rafel kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ruperto Jerardo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Fernando Mirande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elvis BCB. Fernando Mirande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Iliana in the 89th minute of play. HANSACK's Fernando Mirande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Iliana in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, HANSACK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. If Ruperto Jerardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvis BCB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
