Arturo Roldan scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adrian Matteo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adrian Matteo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olimpiu Bulgar went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 20th minute Dante Sendoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Matteo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Matteo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Niva in the 43rd minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, LEONAS's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Roldan came free, but Adrian Matteo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Pringles's Stelian Chificeac got control of the ball when Rodolfo Odilon tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

LEONAS's Adrian Matteo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save LEONAS from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Bonadona made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by LEONAS's Marco Olivar. In the 70th minute of the match, Olimpiu Bulgar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Matteo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rodolfo Odilon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stelian Chificeac having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Pringles's Daniel Niva ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Matteo. Adrian Matteo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. In the 79th minute, one of LEONAS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for LEONAS. LEONAS's Adrian Matteo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Sendoa in the 83rd minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adrian Matteo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pringles's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
