After 14 minutes, Claudio Dino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tibia y perone and the Pringles players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tibia y perone's Claudio Dino got a free kick in the 14th minute. After some careless play in the Tibia y perone defense, Dante Sendoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Abadia. The Tibia y perone fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Abadia should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute Dante Sendoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Abadia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pringles's Arturo Roldan got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 48 minutes into the game, Prospero Montae recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stelian Chificeac. Prospero Montae showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manolo Ronaldo to make the kick off. After 82 minutes of play Pringles's Dante Sendoa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
