Adrian Silban scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Fraco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cosme Lope took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Iaki. Julio Iaki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Teodosio Selatse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Iaki having to interfere. Damaso Fraco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Casomiro in the 24th minute of the match. William were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Los Negros De Camote's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benigno Opilano took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Aldo Cebo advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-3 in the 26th minute. Benigno Opilano's late challenge caught a Los Negros De Camote's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benigno Opilano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Negros De Camote booed when William was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Opilano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Fraco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Silban, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Godofredo Irrintzi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Teodosio Selatse got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Igor Romelio hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Aurelio Perpinya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute Agustin Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Fraco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Agustin Diaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Epifanio Lorencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Teodosio Selatse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, William's Epifanio Lorencio got a free kick in the 64th minute. Julio Iaki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Lope in the 66th minute of play. Julio Iaki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Lope in the 68th minute of the match. Julio Iaki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodosio Selatse, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of William:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Los Negros De Camote:s goal. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Los Negros De Camote. Teodosio Selatse stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Julio Iaki. 4-3. There was no doubt that Los Negros De Camote were the better team. Los Negros De Camote's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
