Benito Romo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Poyraz Nurkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. If Poyraz Nurkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Benito Romo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Romo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Poyraz Nurkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Milian kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Genaro Guzman notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tusitalas's Julio Nardo. Julio Nardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, Tusitalas's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Guzman came free, but Julio Nardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the game, Tusitalas's Poyraz Nurkan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Genaro Guzman made the kick off in the second half. When Alvaro Eskuin fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tusitalas's protests and gave Alvaro Eskuin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Alvaro Eskuin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 52nd minute, Alberto Txema left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zárate FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When Poyraz Nurkan came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tusitalas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Poyraz Nurkan couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Tusitalas booed when Zárate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonzo Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Alvaro Eskuin notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Zárate FC's Benito Romo. Benito Romo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Nardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Fábio Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. A collision led to Tusitalas getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Augusto Milian hit a great ball. Poyraz Nurkan in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Romo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Zárate FC's Benito Romo got control of the ball when Poyraz Nurkan tried to sneak it across the goal line.
