Spectators: 7018 (Terracing: 5371, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angelo Nuxila started the match with the kick off. Astor Presebal struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Emilio Sal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laferrere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fatraló fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Emilio Sal, was totally fooled by Laferrere's David Azubeli, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Marco Izel's late challenge caught a Fatraló's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Izel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th minute, Angelo Nuxila left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fatraló fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 18th minute, Tiburcio Oxel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermin Enekoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Teo Nardo lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 21st minute, one of Fatraló:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fatraló. Fausto Celipe hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When Astor Presebal came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Laferrere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Presebal couldn't finish the play. Fermin Enekoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Oxel in the 37th minute of the match. Tiburcio Oxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Astor Presebal made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Astor Presebal fired away an extremely well hit free kick, but unfortunately the ball went just outside to the right hand side of Emilio Sal. The supporters of Laferrere booed when Fatraló was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Celipe didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Laferrere's zone, Tiburcio Oxel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Enekoitz came out of the goal and Tiburcio Oxel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fausto Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Enekoitz having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Tiburcio Oxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th minute, Tiburcio Oxel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermin Enekoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Tiburcio Oxel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiburcio Oxel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Fermin Enekoitz made a huge save. With his leg Fermin Enekoitz managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Fatraló's Tiburcio Oxel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The attack was good, but when Astor Presebal in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Fausto Celipe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 80 minutes of play, Fatraló's Tiburcio Oxel made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fermin Enekoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86thth minute of the game Astor Presebal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fatraló's Emilio Sal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiburcio Oxel got free with Fermin Enekoitz in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Fatraló players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
