Spectators: 7120 (Terracing: 5373, Seating: 1647, VIP seats: 100) Gaboto 's Ulises Benat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 7 minutes, Ildefonso Otsando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gaboto 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Otsando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute, Haroldo Tino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulises Franco came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaboto 's Ildefonso Otsando. But to his dismay, Ildefonso Otsando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Zeledon Adrio hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ulises Benat was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Danilo Fresco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaboto 's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Fresco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Ulises Benat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Franco was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. If Ulises Benat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulises Benat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Gaboto 's Ulises Benat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ulises Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mica Fulbo Club's zone, Ulises Benat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ulises Franco came out of the goal and Ulises Benat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baltasar Romelio made a kick off. If Ildefonso Otsando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute Ulises Benat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The long shot by Alberto Vito in the 65th minute really tested Ulises Franco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mica Fulbo Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Ulises Franco, was totally fooled by Gaboto 's Ulises Benat, who 68 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ulises Franco was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Danilo Fresco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Danilo Fresco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 73rd minute, Herminio Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Fresco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 75th minute. Gaboto 's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ulises Benat struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ulises Franco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gaboto . Miguel Osasun's late challenge caught a Gaboto 's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Osasun helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gaboto booed when Mica Fulbo Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Osasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Gar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulises Franco. Mica Fulbo Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ulises Benat who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Ulises Franco when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Artemio Mirande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltasar Romelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the match Mica Fulbo Club got a corner. Gaboto 's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Federico Aztore ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gerardo Colon hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Mica Fulbo Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gaboto were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
