If Genaro Delfino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Guido Flor had to leave the field with a concussion. After 22 minutes, Leopoldo Lopes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coranzulí and the Palmar FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Palmar FC's Ismael Darien was substituted for Guido Flor. In the 23rd match minute, Coranzulí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Lopes to maneuver through the defense. 周烨扬 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Gar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 周烨扬 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Tome in the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Coranzulí's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Demesio came free, but Kristen Eskelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kristen Eskelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Demesio's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Tome to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Arturo Demesio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristen Eskelund was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Coranzulí's Jesus Bero got a free kick in the 60th minute. Palmar FC's 周烨扬 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Tome in the 63rd minute of play. Palmar FC's Genaro Delfino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 68th minute, Palmar FC's Andrei Surdu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andrei Surdu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Palmar FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andrei Surdu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 68th match minute, Palmar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Surdu to maneuver through the defense. After 75 played minutes Palmar FC got a freekick which was hit by Matias Oton. Kristen Eskelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zacarias Quirce, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 周烨扬 came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Coranzulí's Raul Tome. But to his dismay, Raul Tome quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
