Alejo Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Lopez in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, one of Hernando FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hernando FC. The referee gave Belgrano a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Michal Sadlowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hernando FC's Alejo Duardo. 1-2. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Hernando FC's zone, Jonathan Lopez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Duardo came out of the goal and Jonathan Lopez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Guillermo Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roberto Guerau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillermo Franco having to make a save. Ciriaco Tonete sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Hernando FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Belgrano to win.
