In the 12th match minute, Canchicot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cordara to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes, Maximo Lawrence mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canchicot and the lukitas f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for lukitas f.c. Manuel Victoro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Artemio Quiroga. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Cordara in the 20th minute of play forced lukitas f.c's goalkeeper Domingo Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Cibran got free with Domingo Vellito in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Feliberto Orlanda's late challenge caught a Canchicot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliberto Orlanda helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to lukitas f.c getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Feliberto Orlanda hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Luis Cordara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. lukitas f.c's Domingo Vellito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save lukitas f.c from getting a goal against them. When Ramiro Matthew fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored lukitas f.c's protests and gave Ramiro Matthew a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, lukitas f.c's Ramiro Matthew got a free kick in the 37th minute. After some careless play in the Canchicot defense, Feliberto Orlanda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artemio Quiroga. The Canchicot fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artemio Quiroga should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Canchicot's zone, Feliberto Orlanda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artemio Quiroga came out of the goal and Feliberto Orlanda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erubiel Ordono to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Canchicot got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Cibran. In the 57th minute, Alonzo Orkatz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Vellito was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Cibran in the 62nd minute of play forced lukitas f.c's goalkeeper Domingo Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The coaching staff of lukitas f.c protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ramiro Matthew had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. One of lukitas f.c:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Canchicot:s goal. Domingo Vellito went to the wrong direction when Carolo Inocente was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Domingo Vellito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Cordara in the 68th minute of play. A collision led to lukitas f.c getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Benicio Tano hit a great ball. Jaroslaw Raflewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Quiroga having to interfere. If Jaunzuria Duque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaroslaw Raflewski hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the match, lukitas f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Cibran came free, but Domingo Vellito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to lukitas f.c getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Narciso Jurdan hit a great ball. Domingo Vellito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Orkatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luis Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaroslaw Raflewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Artemio Quiroga having to make a save. Florencio Jago kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
