Federico Lalla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinicio Liberto's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Triunvirato FC's Mateo Txatxu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeo Txomin in the 8th minute of play. Mateo Txatxu made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Nicanor Brais sent off a good shot on target. Vinicio Liberto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Lalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Triunvirato FC booed when La Academia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Dodorol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Academia! La Academia's Federico Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Liberto in the 23rd minute of play. Federico Lalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Lucian in the 24th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Vinicio Liberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Triunvirato FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Liberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Lalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Txomin charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tadeo Txomin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes La Academia got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Txomin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Lucian in the 29th minute of play forced La Academia's goalkeeper Federico Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Lalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Liberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Blas Lucian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Federico Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vinicio Liberto scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Lalla, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vinicio Liberto in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Federico Lalla saved La Academia from getting behind. Filiberto Tallia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Lalla having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvano Magdaleno to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Vinicio Liberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 53 minutes, Blas Lucian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Triunvirato FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Lucian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Federico Lalla managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Triunvirato FC's Vinicio Liberto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Vinicio Liberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Lalla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vinicio Liberto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 62 minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, La Academia's goalkeeper Federico Lalla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vinicio Liberto. La Academia's Damian Anaya got his second yellow card of the match in the 68th minute. The referee ordered Damian Anaya off the ground. A collision led to La Academia getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Damian Anaya hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Triunvirato FC's Blas Lucian tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vinicio Liberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Federico Lalla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Vinicio Liberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Triunvirato FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinicio Liberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Ellande kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Tadeo Txomin struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Mateo Txatxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Academia. In the 93rd minute, Clodoveo Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blas Lucian struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Federico Lalla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Triunvirato FC. Vinicio Liberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The La Academia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Triunvirato FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
