The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Sanlo's Hugo Peruxu got a free kick in the 27th minute. When Amancio Abascal came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the FC Toallin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Abascal couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute Lisandro Peter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nemesio Mateus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nemesio Mateus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Abascal, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Nemesio Mateus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Abascal in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lisandro Peter to strike the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Sanlo got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Eguen. Amancio Abascal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 55th playminute. With an all-out effort, FC Toallin's Nemesio Mateus threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lisandro Peter, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Nemesio Mateus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amancio Abascal in the 60th minute. A collision led to Sanlo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Teodosio Efraim hit a great ball. Gustavo Cesaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amancio Abascal got free with Nemesio Mateus in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Lisandro Peter notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sanlo's Nemesio Mateus. Nemesio Mateus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 75th minute, Horacio Astrada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Sanlo's Nemesio Mateus got control of the ball when Lisandro Peter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sanlo's Nemesio Mateus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Peter in the 91st minute of play. Lisandro Peter in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
