Betão Miranda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristian Vinhas came out and tried to block the shot, but Betão Miranda slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Endira in the 13th minute of play forced Senillosa FC's goalkeeper Cristian Vinhas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Vinhas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Giro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Espeleta defense, Leonides Calvino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergei Anachkov. The Espeleta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergei Anachkov should have stopped the shot. Betão Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Endira struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cristian Vinhas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Espeleta. Cristian Vinhas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Giro in the 26th minute. Arnulfo Chesus hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Senillosa FC's Cristian Vinhas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Senillosa FC from getting a goal against them. Cristian Vinhas made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Manuel Endira sent off a good shot on target. Eulalio Mano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Espeleta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Senillosa FC:s goal. The referee gave Senillosa FC a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Victor Agachi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Espeleta's Sergei Anachkov. 1-2. When Arnulfo Mon came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Senillosa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulfo Mon couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnulfo Chesus during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arnulfo Chesus kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. In the 50th minute of the match Arnulfo Mon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergei Anachkov showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Betão Miranda in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Vinhas prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
