Hermengildo Onofre in the 24thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Epifanio Senen hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Hermengildo Onofre sped through Granville AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafael Eneko. The long shot by Ricardo Arano in the 77th minute really tested Harry Åhman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Harry Åhman was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Alejandro Bizen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejandro Bizen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. In the 84th match minute, Granville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Bizen to maneuver through the defense. Granville AFC's Rafael Eneko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Basajaun in the 88th minute of play. Granville AFC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Atlético de Gualeguaychú's much stronger midfield.
