The supporters of TIGRE ETERNO booed when Ajó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Paz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, TIGRE ETERNO's goalkeeper Guaberto Lehoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romeo Ramirez. In the 28th minute, Knut Myhr got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 柯棋奕's late challenge caught a Ajó AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 柯棋奕 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, TIGRE ETERNO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 柯棋奕 to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes, Fausto Bieito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TIGRE ETERNO and the Ajó AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Knut Myhr to strike the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberto Pello charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alberto Pello the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 72 minutes into the game, Ajó AFC's Romeo Ramirez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guaberto Lehoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Knut Myhr in the 79th minute of play forced Ajó AFC's goalkeeper Matias Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Måns Zelmerlöw fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TIGRE ETERNO's protests and gave Måns Zelmerlöw a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Romeo Ramirez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Ajó AFC's Gilberto Porfiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guaberto Lehoi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Eguzki in the 93rd minute of play forced Ajó AFC's goalkeeper Matias Maxin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ajó AFC's Matias Maxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Knut Myhr in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ajó AFC had played much better football throughout.
