But to his dismay, Hilario Tolino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Cipriano Pio was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Agustin Nayely capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Agustin Nayely really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Celso Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Mendiko in the 31st minute of play. If Ricardo Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fulgencio Mendiko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Artemio Osoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Mendiko in the 40th minute of play forced fortin63's goalkeeper Celso Cugat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Hilario Tolino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cipriano Pio was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Celso Cugat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Mendiko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Nayely was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in San Martin's zone, Agustin Nayely stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Pio came out of the goal and Agustin Nayely tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cipriano Pio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilario Tolino in the 67th minute of play. Agustin Nayely fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Pio having to interfere. Agustin Nayely struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Cipriano Pio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fortin63. In the 78th minute Ricardo Sabin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Cugat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Pio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Tolino, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Sergio Tolino kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Hilario Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute.
