Tadeo Sotero helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes Cuervation XL got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Sotero. After a rather tough play, Cuervation XL's Kaj Säv got a free kick in the 12th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervation XL's zone, Andres Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Pitin came out of the goal and Andres Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hans Näver got free with Alvaro Pitin in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the game, Tobias Jaunti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro Pitin. Tobias Jaunti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 42nd match minute, Don Carmelo Batata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th match minute, Cuervation XL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Säv to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute of the match Victorino Rubio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alvaro Pitin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadeo Sotero was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Don Carmelo Batata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Jaunti to maneuver through the defense. After 55 played minutes Don Carmelo Batata got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Jaunti. Alvaro Pitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Jaunti, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 72 minutes of play Cuervation XL's Tadeo Sotero was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Don Carmelo Batata booed when Cuervation XL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Sotero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cuervation XL's Alvaro Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Näver in the 74th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Don Carmelo Batata got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Jaunti. Dionisio Argoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Samuel Urbes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Pitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Jaunti in the 90th minute of the match. Many of Cuervation XL's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cuervation XL may have spent more time on the ball, but Don Carmelo Batata were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
