Feliciano Bitxintxo started the match with the kick off. Rosendo Sal kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Alfonso Neron made a great header on Real Aviles's corner, it was just that S.D. Guernica Club's Abelardo Orlondon managed to reach the ball for a save. After 6 played minutes Real Aviles got a freekick which was hit by Zadornin Abres. 9 minutes into the match, Real Aviles's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Savier came free, but Arnaldo Rayman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliciano Bitxintxo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Feliciano Bitxintxo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Real Aviles getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Feliciano Bitxintxo hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Abreu threw the ball into play from the sideline. S.D. Guernica Club's Haroldo Inko quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 25 minutes into the game, Eduardo Silviano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Arnaldo Rayman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Feliciano Bitxintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Orlondon having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, S.D. Guernica Club's goalkeeper Abelardo Orlondon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bonifacio Quintyn. If Ignacio Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of S.D. Guernica Club booed when Real Aviles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rene Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute Samuel Blai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Rayman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Pedro Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ignacio Quiroga to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Real Aviles's Feliciano Bitxintxo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo Orlondon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Feliciano Bitxintxo took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Orlondon. Abelardo Orlondon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 67th minute, José Pedro Mandrak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ignacio Quiroga struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Arnaldo Rayman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.D. Guernica Club. After a rather tough play, S.D. Guernica Club's Daniel Orlondon got a free kick in the 70th minute. Feliciano Bitxintxo might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abelardo Orlondon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliciano Bitxintxo ran back to his position shaking his head. Bonifacio Quintyn scored 3-3 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abelardo Orlondon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Real Aviles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Felo to maneuver through the defense. Real Aviles's Arnaldo Rayman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Real Aviles from getting a goal against them. When Real Aviles's Feliciano Bitxintxo in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.D. Guernica Club's goalie prevented a goal. In the 89th minute, Evelio Truylos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abelardo Orlondon was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Feliciano Bitxintxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real Aviles were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of S.D. Guernica Club for a fine match.
