Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hipolito Luke made the kick off and thus started the match. Atreucó's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. Independiente the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Atreucó:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.A. Independiente:s goal. Hipolito Luke placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After 11 minutes, Victorio Raymon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atreucó and the C.A. Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Atreucó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Raymon to maneuver through the defense. When C.A. The supporters of C.A. Independiente booed when Atreucó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Raymon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Chuan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Mariano Truylos made a huge save. Mariano Truylos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timoteo Bernabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hipolito Luke in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Venancio Geofredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Timoteo Bernabel to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the C.A. Independiente defense, Timoteo Bernabel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Truylos. The C.A. Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Truylos should have stopped the shot. If Hipolito Luke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timoteo Bernabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Truylos having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Atreucó got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Silban. Andres Nevada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hipolito Luke struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Venancio Geofredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A. Independiente. 82 minutes into the match, Atreucó's goalkeeper Venancio Geofredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Baldomero Dimo. Mariano Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Bernabel in the 88th minute of the match. Baldomero Dimo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Venancio Geofredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
