After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Cordoba's zone, Matias Belarmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Beat came out of the goal and Matias Belarmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kaiken booed when Club Deportivo Cordoba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Kemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Matias Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaiken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Belarmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kaiken fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Kaiken's Matias Belarmo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Club Deportivo Cordoba's Jose Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Belarmo in the 29th minute of play. Emilio Cordarrel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilio Cordarrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Beat having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Cordoba's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Cordarrel came free, but Jose Beat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Kaiken were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Anacleto Jerico made the kick off in the second half. Emilio Cordarrel in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jose Beat, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Amado Garikoitz kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Jose Beat came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Kaiken's Emilio Cordarrel. But to his dismay, Emilio Cordarrel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Club Deportivo Cordoba's Jose Beat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Cordoba from getting a goal against them. Kaiken's Matias Belarmo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Beat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Cordarrel in the 67th minute of the match. After 72 played minutes Club Deportivo Cordoba got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Izotz. 73 minutes into the game, Kaiken's Matias Belarmo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jose Beat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Club Deportivo Cordoba's zone, Matias Belarmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Beat came out of the goal and Matias Belarmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Club Deportivo Cordoba getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Prudencio Izotz hit a great ball. Jose Beat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Cordarrel went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Jose Beat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Cordarrel in the 90th minute. When Anacleto Jerico came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Club Deportivo Cordoba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anacleto Jerico couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Club Deportivo Cordoba booed when Kaiken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angel Lorencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaiken's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
