With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Martxot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd match minute, Matará FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Lucila to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Everardo Berto managed to get in a good position for a shot. A La Carrera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Berto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. That was the end of his participation in the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodor Moise got free with Ricardo Martxot in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the match, A La Carrera FC's Teodosio Fonso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ricardo Martxot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Teofilo Mikelar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardino Natal. A La Carrera FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Matará FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Martin Abar hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Matará FC were victorious despite being under pressure from A La Carrera FC for much of the match.
